Overview:

The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing Invicro’s accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice input and generation of disbursements, as well as other assigned general accounting responsibilities.  The ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness is critical. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounts payable tasks, including coding and entering AP invoices, and ensuring all invoices are coded accurately and appropriately approved
  • Generate customer billings, make deposits, apply payments, and update the CRM system for all project related data points
  • Initiate Wire/ACH payments to employees and vendors
  • Process expense reports, including matching receipts, reviewing expenses for reasonableness and adherence to expense policy, verifying appropriate levels of approval, and reviewing coding in Workplace
  • Record daily bank transactions
  • Evaluate and reconcile all vendor statements and manage all inquiries
  • Assist with AP reporting and analysis on a monthly basis
  • Assist with various ad hoc finance projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 0-3 years’ experience
  • Proficient and fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Knowledge of US GAAP standards
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Must work well in a team environment and possess a positive, flexible attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-starter
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
