Invicro’s mission is to develop smarter drug discovery programs and we are currently seeking an energetic and solidly technical and creative professional to be part of a team of highly motivated and skilled engineers.

The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for supporting internal and external users of Invicro’s two software platforms by creating custom configurations and integrations to specifically solve those customers’ needs. The Professional Services Engineer will gain a broad understanding of Invicro’s software and service offerings as well as customer applications and how to bring both together in an efficient and solution-oriented way.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering customer solutions. This role is very much hands-on. The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative and manage customer expectations, and should be motivated by the idea that together we can accomplish great things to make a positive contribution to society through the company’s mission.


  • Implement custom integration solutions and workflows in iPACS and VivoQuant, using primarily web-based technologies (Python, NodeJS) and BPM tools
  • Provide consulting services to Invicro customer on configuring our products to best suit their needs
  • Provide support to Invicro end users though training and enabling them to utilize our software applications efficiently and effectively
  • Manage your estimates and timelines and provide regular progress updates on your work
  • Help expand the Professional Services workflow and integration offerings by building reusable solutions
  • Troubleshoot applications and software for customers
  • Provide regular updates to customers, partners and Professional Services PMs to guide future implementations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BS or MS in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering), experience in medical imaging highly desirable
  • 1 – 2 years of experience with NodeJS, Python, MATLAB or similar
  • Experience using web APIs
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud services a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with customers and team members
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Superior time management skills
  • Experience and/or interest in training users on new application features and functionality
  • Adaptable and capable of working and thriving in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and desire to build relationships in a business setting
  • Experience with radiology image data processing routines a plus
