Invicro LLC, a Konica Minolta company, is seeking a high-energy Marketing Communication Specialist with a strategic and creative mindset to be based out of our Doylestown, PA or Boston, MA locations. You will leverage your attention to detail and organization skills to implement lead generation campaigns, facilitate conferences, write content, help with building the company’s brand presence internally and externally, and other key marketing initiatives to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support multi-modal marketing campaigns for branding, lead generation and PR to drive new opportunities via innovative inbound and outbound marketing channels
  • Initiate and develop marketing materials that may include: sales collateral, presentations, promotions and content marketing elements
  • Implement email marketing lead generation and nurturing campaigns via HubSpot
  • Support the management of leads in CRM/Marketing Automation solution
  • Help lead Conference and Events calendar and execution
  • Develop and execute measurable social (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) enablement campaigns and tactics to support commercialization efforts across all business lines
  • Generate weekly and monthly marketing campaign performance reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent field or work experience, (Masters a plus) 
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing function
  • Creative thinker with successful track record in project management, marketing communication creation and execution
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of developing social marketing campaigns and tracking methods
  • Hubspot/Marketing Automation Experience a plus
  • Familiar with Zoom/Webinar program a plus
  • Ability to work with Adobe Creative Suites (i.e. Photoshop)
  • B2B, Life science, pharmaceutical, insurance or financial services experience preferred
